There’s no question about it, tracking your food intake makes for a more successful diet, just like tracking your expenditures makes for a better budget.  However, it can be a hassle to write everything down and look up all the calorie and nutrition info.  But now, of course, there’s an app for that.  This article discusses Lose It!, a friend of mine recommends the Body Bugg program… I’m curious what the rest of you tech-savvy dieters have discovered?   Let me know your favorite food-tracking apps, and why you like them so much.  Thanks!

  1. Hey! I heard about the Bodybugg while looking at the turbokick lady chalene- she has a whole article about it on her blog. Interesting, but it seems to be pretty pricey!
